Affiliate Terms

Overview

The Koberger Affiliate Programme is operated by Hut Six Digital ("we", "us", "our"), which operates Koberger. It allows approved partners to earn commission by referring new paying customers to Koberger.

Participation in the programme is subject to approval by Koberger.

Affiliate Links

Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link.

When a visitor uses that link and later becomes a paying Koberger customer, the referral may qualify for commission.

Referral attribution is based on Koberger's tracking rules and is subject to validation.

Commission

Approved affiliates currently receive a commission of 30% of qualifying subscription payments.

Commission rates may be changed for future referrals, but changes will not affect commissions already earned.

Holding Period

Commissions are held for 30 days before becoming eligible for approval.

This allows time for refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, fraud checks, and subscription verification.

Payouts

Payouts are reviewed and processed manually.

A minimum payout threshold of $25 applies.

Eligible commissions below the threshold will remain on the affiliate account until the threshold is reached.

Invalid Referrals

Koberger may refuse, void, or withhold commission for referrals involving:

• Self-referrals
• Fraudulent activity
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Refunded subscriptions
• Spam or misleading promotion
• Coupon or discount abuse
• Activity that violates these terms

Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates must promote Koberger honestly and accurately.

Affiliates must not:

• Misrepresent Koberger or its features
• Pretend to represent Koberger officially
• Use deceptive advertising practices
• Send spam
• Make misleading earnings or business claims

Approval and Removal

Affiliate participation is by approval only.

Koberger may suspend or remove an affiliate account at any time if it believes the programme is being misused or these terms are being breached.

Programme Changes

Koberger may update, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Programme at any time.

Where practical, material changes will be communicated to active affiliates.
