Are any formatting features locked behind Pro?
No. Every formatting, editing, design, and preview feature is available on the free account. Pro only adds exporting your finished files.
What requires Pro?
Only exporting publishing files. Upgrade when you are ready to export EPUB, Print PDF, and DOCX files, plus watermarked eARC copies for advance readers.
Why is Koberger subscription based?
Koberger is web based, so it has ongoing infrastructure costs: hosting, storage, export processing, security, updates, and support. Monthly and annual plans keep that sustainable.
Are exports limited?
No. Koberger Pro includes unlimited exports, so you can keep revising, proofreading, and exporting without paying per file.
Can I get a refund?
Annual plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Monthly payments are not refundable, but you can cancel any time before the next month. If you want to try Koberger first, start monthly and switch to annual once you are sure.
